Itosu-kai Long Beach Dojo

Learn a traditional Japanese style of Karate, Itosu-ryu. Course includes: kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (controlled fighting).

Students can progress through ranks from white through black belt. Free uniform for new students. Instructor: Lenka Fill
